Pete is available to serve as mediator in your next dispute! While Pete can assist with any type of dispute, his specialty is in a plethora of real estate matters as well as guardianship & estate matters. Not only is Pete certified by the Dispute Resolution Commission in Superior Court Mediation and a Member of the North Carolina Bar Association’s Dispute Resolution Section, but he has also served as a Corporate Real Estate Professional for close to 30 years. He is a recognized leader in the North Carolina Association of Realtors (NCAR) and has served on the NCAR Professional Standards Committee. He is Chairman of the Board of Governors of the NCAR – Realtor Commercial Alliance in addition to many other local, state, and national committees. His knowledge of the real estate profession and the many disputes that can arise within it, coupled with his mediation practice success, is sure to give you trust in his ability to handle your next mediation with professionalism and care for your clients.
In addition to his Real Estate and Mediation profession, Pete is also certified by the Dispute Resolution Commission as a Guardianship & Estate Mediator. He has served as a business advisor for a geriatric care management firm, and he brings a strong knowledge of aging and guardianship issues to the table. His experience in acting as a Wake County Guardian ad Litem has also allowed him intense exposure to the many issues that families must embrace.
