Peter began IMMI  in March of 1996 to focus on providing corporate real estate service in eastern North Carolina. Based in Raleigh, NC, Peter is responsible for a full range of general real estate brokerage and development activities ranging from client and landlord seller representation to retail site selection and development, out parcel sales and development, and solicitation of asset management clients throughout North Carolina and the eastern United States.  He also provides seminars on commercial and investment real estate.

Peter founded Mediating Solutions, LLC in 2005, to assist disputants and their attorneys by providing alternative mediation options for real estate and contract disputes.  In addition, Peter is a Certified Dispute Resolution Mediator and mediates civil suits in the North Carolina Superior Courts for the NCDRC and Clerk of Court Guardianship and Estate matters.

Peter brings a substantial background of real estate dispute settlement to his mediations.  A recognized leader in the NCAR, Peter serves on the NCAR Professional Standards Committee, he is Chairman of the the Board of Governors of the NCAR - Realtor® Commercial Alliance in addition to many other local, state and national committees. 

For numerous years, Peter was active in his wife's geriatric care management firm as a business advisor and he brings a strong knowledge of aging and guardianship issues to the table.  Peter has also served in Wake Country as a Guardian ad Litem and understands many of the issues that families must embrace.
